All submissions must be accompanied with a statement indicating that the person submitting the article is the copyright owner of the article and any images supplied and that you give Duneen Enterprises permission to publish the article and images in EarthlyAlternatives.com. We will not be able to publish any article that does not have a statement to this effect.

The article must also be accompanied with the author’s details; legal name, physical address, contact phone number and email address.

All articles submitted for publication are subject to approval.

We reserve the right to reject any articles that we consider as inappropriate for this periodical, or that we discover has a link to a website which is not appropriate to this periodical, including but not limited to pornography, exploitation, abuse, libel or illegal in any way. Should this become the case after publication of an article, that link will be removed immediately.

Anyone who submits an article for publication does so under the understanding there would be no payment for that article. The article may be edited for quality and quantity and will be published at a date to be determined by the owners and publishers of this site.

Due date for articles is the 1st of the month, preceding the next edition publication date, ie for the edition coming out on 1 February 20XX, all article submissions should be submitted by 1 January 20XX. We may accept and publish articles for the next edition, submitted after this date, if we deem the subject is topical or significant.
