We have tried to put together a magazine that appeals to a wide audience of people, who are all concerned with living in a more healthful, natural and sustainable way.

Not all of us want to live in a commune, eating only what we can grow, running around butt naked, in order to not contribute to the ecological detriments of growing cotton or washing clothes.

Most of us still want to live in this industrialised, modern world but would like to do it as ecologically as possible. Not just in terms of what is good for the planet but what is good for us as individuals.

This magazine is brought to you by Duneen Enterprises, a group with many years of writing experience in a number of fields, experience with alternative therapies and a passion for finding a balanced, sustainable way.
